Opticly is a Discovery Service
We help you find the perfect frames using AI and 3D Virtual Try-On. However, we do not handle payments, shipping, or order fulfillment. Your purchase was completed directly with one of our trusted partners (e.g., Opticly Optical).
Locate Your Confirmation
Search your email inbox for a message from the retailer (check "Opticly Optical" or "Lenses For Less"). This email contains your unique Order ID.
Access the Retailer's Portal
Go to the website where you finished your checkout. Look for a "Track Order" or "My Account" link in their header or footer.
Enter Tracking Details
Enter your Order ID and the email address used for the purchase. The retailer provides real-time updates on manufacturing and shipping.
Need a Receipt?
Since we are a referral platform, tax invoices and receipts are issued by the seller. You can usually download these from your account on their site.
HSA/FSA Claims
If you used HSA or FSA funds, the retailer's receipt is what you need for your claim. Opticly does not have access to your health fund data.
